SERVICES OFFERED
I consult on, install, and supervise electrical wiring installations. Many people just want the job done safely. They want a fair quote, they want to receive reliable service and clear communication. They're not interested in shopping for the cheapest quote - and contractors who win the job on the pretence of the lowest price, and then cut corners to make a profit.
I'm fortunate to work with a crew of hardworking, skilled and dependable electrical wiring professionals that strive to maintain the level of excellence that our customers have come to expect.
GENERAL
I and my entire crew take responsibility to keep our appointments. If we’re unreasonably delayed (more than 15-30 minutes) we’ll call to explain. By making an appointment, you are agreeing to pay for a minimum of one hour of our time, unless you tell us a day in advance that you want to reschedule or cancel.
STANDARD RATES
If I am unable to provide you with firm quote, them my standard rate is R240.00 per hour for the normal field services.
MATERIALS
Materials provided by Code Wired are billed at consumer list prices as specified in catalogs of the various merchants, suppliers and wholesalers. We guarantee all the materials and products supplied by Code Wired. I do not, however, warrantee materials that I haven't sold you.
CALL-BACKS (GUARANTEE)
Calls to fix problems with our work are, of course, free -- and I give them very high priority. When, however, it turns out that a problem for which I have been called back does not stem from our materials or workmanship, the call is not free and will be charged at our standard rate.
