Remedial work
If repairs are necessary, remedial work will NOT include household appliances. We’ll provide a full report on what needs to be fixed and will be happy to provide you with a quote. (You may, of course, choose to use another electrical contractor)
Whilst undertaking repairs, it sometimes happens that we may change an earth leakage or restore circuits which should be on the earth leakage system. This sometimes causes ‘nuisance’ tripping. Please be aware that this does not form part of the inspection functions or inspection fee and will be charged as extras.
Your electrical certificate covers wiring and all fixed wiring accessories that form part of the wiring installation, but not appliances such as stoves, air conditioners, etc. We will not quote you to fix appliances. |
